We use three different weight training programs developed from intense scientific research conducted by the world's leading certifying organization—the National Academy of Sports Medicine. These programs are ideal for weight loss, holistic fitness, muscle gain, and sports performance. Depending on your goals, we will guide you through one of these custom programs. We truly believe that the weight training programs designed by NASM are the best in the world and by using them you will achieve and surpass your fitness goals.
In order to achieve your goals, you must eat correctly and we will help you do so by giving you menus and lists of approved foods. With so many fad diets and fad foods deciding what to eat can be difficult. We will make your nutrition straight forward and easy to follow
